B) Composition of Carbohydrate shell and surface properties
- Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)
- Electrophoretic Mobility

C) Particle morphology
- Particle morphology using Dynamic light scattering technique (DLS)
- Particle morphology using Atomic force Microscopy (AFM)

D) Labile Iron Determination
