HPSEC/GPC Analysis of Soapstock Acid Oil - ASTM D5354

USA agrochemical testing laboratory needed to investigate fatty acid polymerization in soapstock using HPSEC/GPC methods. We need to analyze the polar fraction of the oil and determine the content of dimers, oligomers, monomers, diacylglycerols (DAG), and free fatty acids.
For the potential presence of sulfonated or sulfated oil, we are looking into ASTM methods, such as ASTM D5354 (Standard Test Method for Determination of Total Active Ingredients in Sulfonated and Sulfated Oils). Could you please provide a quote for these tests and let us know how much sample would be required?
