Wet-Lab Partner for Senescent Cell Targeting Proof-of-Concept Study

Project Description

We’re seeking a wet-lab research partner to support experimental evaluation of a proposed approach for preferentially targeting pathological senescent cells while limiting effects on nonsenescent cells and senescent cells with beneficial functions, including roles in wound healing and tumor suppression.

The proposed work would focus on defining and conducting a targeted proof-of-concept study to determine whether the intended selectivity can be demonstrated experimentally. Relevant capabilities may include cellular senescence models, RNA delivery or lipid nanoparticle systems, and cell-based validation assays. The selected partner would help define appropriate cell models and controls, feasibility, study scope, budget, and timeline.

A provisional patent application has been filed, and the project is being prepared for a Foresight grant submission due October 31. Technical details and the proposed mechanisms can be shared under a confidentiality agreement. Due to the grant timeline, we request an initial indication of interest by October 16.
