Phlebotomy & Specimen Collection:
Follow Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines for venipuncture and specimen handling.
Adhere to OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards (29 CFR 1910.1030).
DOT & Non-DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing:
Comply with 49 CFR Part 40 and applicable DOT agency rules.
Use Federal Custody and Control Forms (CCF) and approved Breath Alcohol Testing devices.
DNA Collection:
Follow AABB-accredited protocols for chain-of-custody and specimen handling.
All phlebotomists and collectors are trained, certified, and competency-tested.
