TRiCBIO is a modality-agnostic organoid research and preclinical evaluation platform supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and research teams. We develop and apply human organoid and patient-derived organoid models for efficacy, potency, mechanism-of-action, biomarker, immune-context and research-stage safety studies across oncology, inflammation and immunology, metabolic and endocrine disease, CNS and blood-brain barrier research, respiratory disease, gastrointestinal and liver disease, renal and urologic disease, muscle and skeletal disease, women’s health and rare disease. Programs can evaluate small molecules, antibodies and multispecifics, ADCs, proteins and peptides, ASO, siRNA, mRNA and other RNA modalities, gene and cell therapies, vaccines, plasmid DNA, PROTACs, microbiome-derived therapeutics, natural products and other emerging modalities. Integrated readouts may include cell-based assays, molecular and biochemical analysis, histology, imaging, flow cytometry, cytokines, qPCR, gene perturbation, vector delivery and biomarker studies. Laboratory work is performed in Nanjing, China. Project scope, model suitability and deliverables are defined after scientific feasibility review.
