Facility Description: This site contains an 11,000 sq ft block-constructed building, newly completed in 2015, which is currently not in use. Located on 69 acres, this facility has an automated full backup generator and features an office area/conference room, warehouse space, two garages, and two separate 3,300 sqft internal production rooms or “barriers”. Each climate-controlled production room is fully independent and features separate mechanical/HVAC systems (Geothermal Loop Heat Exchanger) supplying 15 complete fresh air changes per hour of 100% HEPA filtered air to clean barrier environments. With locker rooms, shower rooms, and changing rooms as well as interior laundry, bathroom, and kitchen facilities, each “barrier” has been designed to require employees to shower in, wear scrubs, masks, hairnets, and remain inside for their full shift. ***NOTE: THIS BUILDING CAN EASILY BE TRANSFORMED TO MEET ANY “CLEAN ROOM” REQUIREMENTS***
