Lab Biography
Kiyo R&D Lab is a NABL-accredited materials testing and research laboratory based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with additional branches in Chrompet and Oragadam. We provide comprehensive testing services across material identification, mechanical and chemical analysis, thermal characterization, and failure investigation for manufacturers, OEMs, and R&D teams. Our capabilities span metals, polymers, plastics, rubber, coatings, and minerals, supporting clients across the automotive, industrial, and manufacturing sectors with fast turnaround and audit-ready reporting.

- Calibrated instrumentation across XRD, XRF, FTIR, DSC, and mechanical testing systems
- Testing referenced against OEM specifications including Hyundai, Ford, Toyota, and Suzuki standards
- Experienced analysts across materials science, chemical engineering, and mechanical testing disciplines
