Starch-to-Oil Bioconversion Process Development Using Oleaginous Yeast

Project Description

We are seeking a qualified contract laboratory with expertise in industrial biotechnology, microbial fermentation, and lipid biosynthesis to support a starch-to-oil bioconversion project using oleaginous yeast strains. The scope of work includes evaluating and optimizing the conversion efficiency of starch-based feedstocks into intracellular and/or extracellular lipids suitable for downstream processing. The study may involve strain selection, fermentation optimization, process scale-up considerations, and analytical characterization of lipid yields and composition.
