Pressure Decay Leak Testing of Pipe Weldment at 60 PSI

We’re seeking to perform pressure decay testing on a pipe weldment using CDA at 60 PSI ± 1 PSI. The weldment has three open ends and an internal test volume of approximately 176.27 in³. No pressure decay is acceptable following a 24-hour hold period.

Initial testing is planned for 50 units, with potential scaling to 450 units. We can send a CAD model and additional technical details after execution of an NDA.
