Phenotypic Characterization of Differentiated iPSCs

Project Description

We have generated patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) carrying mutations in the HSPB8 gene, which cause myofibrillar myopathy 13 (MFM13). These iPSCs will be differentiated into muscle cells to serve as an in vitro model of the disease. We are seeking an experienced US-based lab partner to perform comprehensive phenotypic characterization of these differentiated cells. The scope of work includes analysis of cell morphology, protein aggregation, stress granule dynamics, and autophagy.
