Microbiological and Chemical Testing for Fermented Probiotic Enzyme Drink

I am looking for a UK or EU laboratory to conduct both microbiological and chemical testing on a naturally fermented probiotic enzyme drink derived from medicinal herbs, fruits, and vegetables.

Microbiological tests requested:
• Salmonella spp.
E. coli
Listeria monocytogenes
Staphylococcus aureus
• Yeasts and moulds
• Total viable count (TVC)

Chemical tests requested:
• Alcohol content (%)
• pH level
• Full COA (Certificate of Analysis)

Potential additional testing includes nutritional analysis (vitamins, minerals, and a full nutritional profile). I can send product samples by post to any UK or EU laboratory.
