Microbiological Analysis of Food Products & Tap Water

MULTIPLE TESTING & SAMPLES

We require a price quote for microbiological analysis for our products. For our cakes, we need routine analysis for the following parameters:

Total Viable Count (TVC):

– Enterobacteriaceae

E. coli

– Yeast & Moulds

– Salmonella

– Listeria

Clostridium perfringens

Proposed testing schedule: We anticipate testing 4 cake samples at 5 different time points: Day 0 (Start), Day 3, Day 5, Day 7 (End), and Day 9.

Additionally, we require analysis for 1 water sample, covering the following parameters:

– Total Coliforms (TC22W, TC37W)

– E. coli

– Coliforms (Suite W018)
