Lead Contamination Analysis in Dried Plant Tissue for Phytoremediation Research

Need a laboratory to perform quantitative lead (Pb) analysis on dried plant tissue samples for a student research project evaluating phytoremediation in flowering plants. The study involves plants grown in soils containing lead concentrations ranging from 0.0 to 2700.0 ppm to assess uptake and accumulation in plant material.

All samples are dried and prepared for shipment. Laboratories with experience in trace metal analysis of plant tissue are encouraged to respond, particularly those capable of using handheld XRF or other suitable quantitative methods for lead determination in plant matrices.
