LC-MS/MS Analysis for Quantifying Drug in Tissues

We need to quantify the concentration of a drug molecule, Trazodone (C19H22CIN5O)(MW 371.9 g/mol), using LC-MS/MS analysis. Trazodone has a precursor and product ion m/z at 372 and 148 in positive ionization mode, in 18 samples (brain and plasma) collected from C57BL/6 mice. We also would like to use a reference standard, Trazodone-d6 HCl (C19H16CID6N5O.HCl) (MW 414.4 g/mol), diluted to 100 ng/ml as an internal standard in our samples. We’re looking for a Canadian laboratory that can run the samples for us. Please share the approximate cost and further information you may need to design/modify a protocol.
