Lavender Essential Oil GC-MS, Hydrolat Testing, and EU CPSR

We are a small-scale, family-run lavender producer in Hungary. We are seeking laboratory and safety assessment services for steam-distilled Lavandula angustifolia essential oil and lavender hydrolat intended for use as cosmetic raw materials and in a future finished cosmetic product.

Requested services include:

1. GC-MS analysis of lavender essential oil to evaluate composition, authenticity, key marker compounds, and relevant fragrance allergens, including linalool, linalyl acetate, camphor, and 1,8-cineole.
2. Lavender hydrolat quality testing, including pH and microbiological testing such as total viable count.
3. Cosmetic Product Safety Report preparation by a qualified safety assessor in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, including Parts A and B.

We currently have approximately 20 litres of lavender essential oil and 40 litres of lavender hydrolat. Proposals are welcome from laboratories or assessors able to provide one or more of the requested services. Partner referrals are also acceptable.
