Lactase Enzyme Activity, pH Stability and Heat Resistance Testing for Encapsulated Powders

We are seeking a qualified laboratory to perform analytical testing on two encapsulated lactase enzyme powder samples. The objective is to evaluate enzyme activity, stability, and performance under simulated processing and gastrointestinal conditions. Required testing includes:

• Initial lactase activity determination (FCC/ALU)
• Heat and process stability testing
• Acidic condition survival assessment
• Simulated gastric pH exposure testing
• Post-gastric pH activity evaluation for a delayed-release formulation
• Measurement of remaining lactase activity following each test condition
• Quantification of enzyme activity released into buffer, where applicable
• Calculation of percentage activity retained after exposure to each condition
