Juice Blend Compositional Analysis and Authenticity Testing

I need a third-party laboratory to perform compositional analysis on a juice blend product. We’re looking to evaluate juice percentage and authenticity, determine the sugar profile, including fructose, glucose, and sucrose content, and analyze the organic acid profile. Preferred analytical methods include LC-MS and/or HPLC. Laboratories with experience in beverage chemistry, food authenticity testing, and nutritional analysis are encouraged to provide capabilities, sample requirements, pricing, and turnaround times.
