Juglone Quantification in Black Walnut Herbal Extract

We require an independent laboratory to quantify juglone content in a liquid black walnut hull herbal extract. Testing is needed for two versions of the same product: one in a grain-alcohol tincture base and one in an alcohol-free glycerin/water base.

We need confirmation of juglone concentration strength in both formulations and may require custom method development if an established method is not available. Suitable analytical approaches may include HPLC-UV, HPLC with fluorescence detection, or LC-MS/MS, depending on the laboratory’s recommendation.
