Independent Testing of Suspected Medication Quality or Composition Change

An independent laboratory is sought to test a medication that I believe may have changed after several years of use. I have experienced significant new symptoms over the past six weeks and want to verify whether the medication matches its labeled identity, strength, and expected composition.

Requested testing may include active ingredient identification and potency, screening for unexpected compounds, contaminants, or degradation products, and comparison with a reference standard or another batch where possible. Laboratories should state the required sample quantity, available methods, detection limits, chain of custody requirements, accreditation, turnaround time, and any limitations in interpreting the results.
