In Vitro Assays for Muscle Health and Cognitive Function of Nutritional Ingredients

Project Description

We are exploring in vitro assays to evaluate select nutritional ingredients for their impact on muscle health and cognitive function. Specifically, we are interested in tests for mitochondrial function, ATP recovery, and neuroprotective signaling in relevant human cell-based models. We are seeking information on the availability of muscle cell models for measuring mitochondrial respiration, phosphocreatine content, and myogenic markers, as well as neuronal models to assess modulation of cognitive biomarkers.
