Gluten Testing – SureFood® ALLERGEN Gluten S3606 or LC-MS/MS

Looking for a laboratory to perform gluten testing using a non-enzymatic analytical method. Preferred testing methods include SureFood® ALLERGEN Gluten S3606 or LC-MS/MS. The laboratory should have experience with gluten detection and quantification using one of these specified methodologies.
