We would like to test the protein digestibility-corrected amino acid score (PDCAAS) and %DV of a frozen beef soup noodle product. Packed serving size is 140 G of a noodle sauce and 80 g of dry noodles. We are located in Seattle metro, so a lab nearest to Seattle would be ideal. Also, please share the lead time to complete this task. Thank you
