Free Caustic Alkali Testing for Handmade Cold-Process Soap

We own a small handmade cold-process soap business and need a laboratory to perform free caustic alkali testing on finished soap products to determine whether excess unreacted sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is present. There are 11 soap varieties produced using the same base recipe with different fragrances and colorants.

The laboratory should provide the cost per sample, recommended number of samples to test, required sample quantity, expected turnaround time, and details on the final written report, including whether results and interpretation will be provided. Testing is intended to help evaluate existing inventory before the products are offered for sale.
