Custom Small-Molecule Synthesis, Stability Testing, and Analytical Evaluation

We’re looking for a contract laboratory for sequential synthesis and validation testing of a small-molecule candidate. Services requested include:

1. Custom small-scale synthesis of 50–200 mg at ≥95% purity using standard esterification from catalog starting materials.
2. Rancimat/Oxidative Stability Index testing in vegetable oil according to ISO 6886 or AOCS Cd 12b-92.
3. Accelerated hydrolytic stability testing of an ester in an oil-in-water emulsion, monitored by HPLC and/or LC-MS.
4. Sensory evaluation using a triangle test or paired comparison, including ISO 4120 where applicable, to assess off-flavor in oil.

Testing will proceed sequentially, with client approval required before advancing to each phase.
