Seeking a qualified laboratory partner to develop and validate a high-performance facial serum featuring stabilized Vitamin C and Aloe Vera. The formulation must be aloe- or water-based, non-greasy, and fast-absorbing, with a satin-finish radiance achieved through the suspension of cosmetic-grade mica (0.1%–0.2%, 10–60 micron particle size).
The laboratory will be responsible for developing custom bench samples based on provided prototype ratios, incorporating Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate or encapsulated Vitamin C to support a 12-month shelf stability target. The formulation must include an appropriate suspending agent (e.g., Xanthan Gum or Carbomer) to ensure uniform mica dispersion and prevent sedimentation. The product must be fragrance-free or contain only a very light, neutral botanical scent.
Following formulation approval, the scope includes 12-week accelerated stability testing, Preservative Efficacy Testing (PET), and pilot batch production of approximately 100–250 units. All development must align with vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free standards. Final packaging will utilize standard 30ml amber or frosted glass dropper bottles.
