I need laboratory testing for a batch of homemade kefir containing honey, cinnamon, and ginger.

Scope of work includes:

  • Probiotic profile analysis, including identification and quantification of microorganisms present

  • Nutritional profile testing, including standard nutritional panel analysis

Qualified laboratories experienced in fermented food and dairy testing are invited to respond.
