Project Description

We need third-party laboratory testing to evaluate commercially sold chocolate bars for label accuracy. We need to assess whether the products are consistent with:

  • Labeled cocoa percentage claims, including 70% and 85% cocoa content
  • Ingredient claims listing only cocoa beans and cane sugar
  • Potential undeclared ingredients or compositional inconsistencies

The goal is to support an investigation into possible cocoa-content mislabeling and ingredient-listing discrepancies.
