ASTM Testing for Chlorine Content in Solvent Dye

We want to analyze a dye of solvent yellow 107 for chlorine content by either ASTM D6443 (WD-XRF) or ASTM D5808 (microcoulometry). Looking for a contract lab in India that can do this, as the sample is manufactured and sent from our other site in India.
