Analyzing Crystalline Substance in Castor Oil Manufacturing Line

We discovered a crystallized substance in a bulk castor oil tank drain line and on the temperature probe at our manufacturing facility. We have the samples and would like to identify the substance to assess the associated risks and resume tank operations. This is a time-sensitive issue as we have blocked off the bulk tank and are ordering the material in totes for now until we can ID the substance and determine the risk.
