Ambergris Authentication & Ambrein Quantification (GC-MS Derivatisation + FTIR) — Certificate of Analysis Required

We are seeking an accredited laboratory to authenticate a suspected jetsam ambergris sample recovered in Southeast Asia (Cambodia). The scope must include GC-MS analysis with derivatisation to identify and quantify ambrein content, supported by FTIR spectroscopy, following the methodology established by Rowland & Sutton (2017).

The laboratory must issue a formal Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirming authenticity and the reported quality grade based on the analytical findings. We can ship a small initial test portion for screening/confirmation prior to submitting a larger sample for full analysis.

Preferred lab location: East/Southeast Asia (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, or nearby) or France/Europe.
