Patient Factor Bioanalysis from Liquid Marrow and Solid Bone (34 Factors)

MULTIPLE TESTS
Medical Device Co needs Experienced USA Bioanalytical Laboratory needed to analyze 34 factors from 3-4 samples per 6 patients. The samples will be both liquid marrow and solid bone chunks. We have about 34 factors we want to analyze in each sample.
Lab expertise requirements
o Experience with primary tissue and tissue digestion
o Experience with MSC (mesenchymal stem/stromal cell) differentiation into chondrocytes
o Experience with characterization of primary cells by multicolor flowcytometry
o Preferably experience in isolating and culturing MSCs from bone marrow.
o Experience in histology of chondrogenic pellets
o Experience with isolating and characterizing Exosomes
Lab equipment requirements
o ML II (level 2 safety lab) cell culture lab with basic equipments like LAF hood, centrifuge, inverted microscope and incubator (CO2, 37 degree incubator)
o Histology facility with paraffin sample preparation and sectioning abilities
o FACS analyzer like BD FACS Canto or BD Fortessa
o Manual cell counting with microscope or cell counter
o Realtime PCR machine (TAQMAN)
o ELISA reader/Luminex
Has to be able to receive bone and liquid marrow samples
o Upright microscope for histology slides
o Ultracentrifuge
o Flow cytometric analysis of Exosomes
