Alternate Coolant Additives Testing for Car Radiator
Project Description
URGENT
Large corporation needs Contract Laboratory for alternate coolant additives testing in water radiators - DI Water + coolant additive.
The main setup of the test will be to have a specific coolant flow through the radiator (100-282 lpm) and a controlled inlet temperature going into the radiator: The radiator needs to be cooled down with air which should provide between 6-19 m/s). Specific air temperature needs to be set to ~25°C.
After achieving the appropriate test conditions, we would like to compare the heat rejection values and heat dissipation for the different coolant additives (keeping the same radiator). If your lab can have this test set up, I’d like to follow up with a more complete text matrix and discuss the cost and logistics of a potential test.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
