Percentage of Antibiotic from Bone Cement Elute Samples (50 Samples)
Project Description
Contract Laboratory with established test methods for detecting the percentage of antibiotic in the elute samples of bone cement that releases antibiotics over time to the local site. We are conducting in vitro bench studies looking at antibiotic release rate over time into PBS or saline. I'm looking for a lab with established methods for detecting from the elute samples the percentage of antibiotic in them. The antibiotics of interest are gentamycin vancomycin, and tobramycin.
