Project Description
MULTIPLE TESTING
Independent natural materials testing facilities needed for testing wood samples for EPA certification.
Set of test requirements are:
- Concentrations of potential contaminants, such as pesticides, heavy metals or other environmentally-relevant trace minerals
- Other trace contaminants or toxicants, such as:
* Organohalogens [?g/l]
* Mercury [?g/l]
* Cadmium [?g/l]
* Petroleum hydrocarbons [?g/l]
* Water Quality Criteria chemicals [?g/l]
* Carcinogens [?g/l]
* Mutagens [?g/l]
* Teratogens [?g/l]
* Acidity [mg/l]
* Alkalinity [mg/l]
* pH [mg/l]
* BOD [mg/l]
* COD [mg/l]
Wood samples are from forests in California: Dead, burnt or insect-infested all-natural waste.
