Law firm needs Southeast USA based expert in athletic footwear (particularly hiking boots) design in a pre-litigation situation. A ?bullseye? would be an expert with:
? knowledge about athletic footwear design, specifically about hiking boots and speed laces
? an understanding of the safety factors and considerations which should be part of the design process
Prior litigation and testimony is preferred.
