Soil Amended with Winery Waste Organic Materials Testing

MULTIPLE TESTS
Contract Laboratory needed for testing on soil amended with organic materials (i.e., winery waste) to determine its nutrient content. For this investigation, I need to inquire if any or all of the following lab testing can be done at your lab/testing facility.
organic carbon (OC)
total carbon using TOC analyzer
total nitrogen (TN) (Kjehldahl method)
total phosphorus (TP)
Other forms of nitrogen (organic N, ammonium N, nitrate N)
polyphenol content
available phosphorus (AP)
available potassium (AK) content
Ca, Na, Mg, K contents using flame photometry (Na, K) and atomic absorption (Ca, Mg).
Microbial biomass C using Chloroform fumigation method
If it is possible, I would like to know the price estimates of each test and the procedure for sending my sample, including the form in which I should send it (refrigerated, boxed, etc.)
