We have more than 30 years of experience in this field. With our HPLC system using fluorescence detection, we can perform glycan profiling and characterization, amino acid analyses. We can also perform protein identification using MALDI-TOF for molecular weight determination, identification of proteins with tryptic and other digestions, and identification of unknown impurities of both large and small molecular weights. We can obtain near-full amino acid coverage of your biological drug. We perform raw material analysis under validated USP and EP monograms. We have FTIR capability, optical rotation, melting point determination, and many others. We are ISO/IEC-17025:2017 accredited for methods shown on our website http://www.mdxbiolabs.com, including endotoxin testing. We can perform mRNA 5′-capping efficiency determination as well. We have a clinical lab with methods validated for COVID-19 testing and working on Flu A/B and RSV validation. We also do SDS-PAGE to include cutting spots and performing in-gel tryptic digestion/mass spectrometry analyses.
