Compounded Medication Composition and Contaminant Analysis

I need analytical laboratory services to identify and characterize the ingredients present in a compounded medication obtained from a compounding pharmacy. The medication is suspected to have contained incorrect, undeclared, or potentially harmful substances based on subsequent blood laboratory findings and adverse health effects experienced during use.

The goal is to determine the active and inactive ingredients present in the formulation, identify possible contaminants or substitution compounds, and evaluate whether the medication composition differed from the labeled formulation.
