Analytical Testing of PET Materials – IR and GC/GC-MS

We are looking for an analytical laboratory capable of Infrared Spectroscopy (IR) and Gas Chromatography (GC/GC-MS) for different stages of our process and recycled PET product types, including:

• PET flake (pre-washed, washed, dried, pre-extrusion)
• Recycled PET resin (amorphous, food-grade, stored resin)
• PET preforms (100% rPET)
• PET bottles (postconsumer and blown bottles)

Our objective is to evaluate potential organic and inorganic contaminants, volatile and nonvolatile residues, degradation of additives or pigments, and the presence of non-PET polymers that may affect the physical, chemical, or sensory properties of the material.
