Laboratory Partner for DBS and Saliva-Based Biomarker Panels

A brain health testing platform is seeking a certified laboratory partner (global or U.S.-based) to provide high-throughput, cost-effective testing of dried blood spot (DBS) and saliva specimens for brain health and preventive health protocols. The platform serves a rapidly growing, international population and requires reliable, scalable solutions for ongoing sample processing.

Project Scope:
1. Sample Types:
Dried Blood Spot (DBS) cards
Saliva collection tubes/kits

2. Required Biomarker Panels:
Panels will be ordered as single or multiplexed assays (preference for multiplex if possible).
Panels may include, but are not limited to:
ApoE Isoform/Genotype (saliva or DBS)
hsCRP (DBS)
Lipid Panel (DBS)
Ferritin/Iron (DBS)
Homocysteine (DBS)
Vitamin D (DBS)
HbA1c (DBS)
Cortisol (saliva)

3. Volume & Turnaround:
Initial projected volume: 200–750 panels/month (scaling to 12,000+ annually within 18 months)

4. Shipping/Logistics:
Ability to receive and process specimens shipped from U.S. and Canada
Must support international logistics and routine bulk shipments

5. Compliance:
CLIA certification preferred for U.S. labs (but not required if validated protocols in place for research use only)
Must provide assay validation data, established protocols, and support for research/clinical use

6. Pricing:
