Oxidative Stability Index (OSI) Testing via Rancimat Method for Oils and Fats

We are seeking a U.S.-based laboratory—preferably located in the western states—to perform Oxidative Stability Index (OSI) testing using the Rancimat method. The goal is to evaluate the susceptibility of oils or fats to rancidity through accelerated oxidation analysis. Proximity is important to minimize sample degradation during transit.
