U.S. Food Analytical Chemistry Lab Needed for Osmolarity Testing of Powdered Beverage in Solution

A U.S.-based food analytical chemistry laboratory is needed to conduct osmolarity testing on a powdered beverage product when dissolved in 500mL of water. The objective is to determine the osmolarity for formulation verification and compliance with nutritional or labeling standards. Laboratories with experience in beverage analysis are preferred.
