Sulfur Content Determination in Synthetic Polymers

I synthesize polymers with alkene bonds in the backbone and then add thiol ligands to those alkene bonds in varying ratios. I need to determine the amount of sulfur present in the samples to ensure it is changing with the varying ratios.
