Testing Aloe-Based Lotion for FDA Approval

Looking to get an aloe-based lotion tested by a USA lab for FDA approval. This product is all natural and only uses natural preservatives. Any testing to find out storage conditions, expiration date, and anything else to get this FDA approved (potentially USDA approved if applicable) is what I’m looking for.
