Testing & Quantifying Gluten Protein

Project Description

A New Jersey-based fragrances and flavors global manufacturer needs a third-party lab to perform protein testing for the presence of Wheat Gluten and quantify the percentage of protein contained in a sample. I prefer to have the sample analyzed via the Dumas method.
