Jewelry Waterproof/Water-Resistant Properties Testing

We need a laboratory to test the waterproof or water-resistance properties of silver and plated jewelry and certify them. The criteria are to see whether the appearance of jewelry discolors or tarnishes. Thailand lab preferred.
