MULTIPLE TESTS
U.S. based CLIA laboratory with ability to run large gene panels on Illumina Platform needed to run NGS testing for clinical research samples on a contracted basis. CLIA certification (and ideally CAP accreditation) to run NGS tests on samples for clinical research studies. Needs to currently have Illumina platform(s) in place capable of running large gene panels, low-pass WGS and potentially WES and RNA-Seq. Should also have demonstrated ability to set-up/validate LDTs in a timely manner and a pathologist (or pathologists) who has extensive knowledge of the use of NGS for somatic testing and expertise related to the interpretation of somatic mutations.
