FDA GLP and ISO Biologic Research Laboratory to conduct 4 separate assays (below) from a sample of SVF cells from human subjects in an clinical trial. Colony forming units assay: colonies per number of seeded cells, 12-14 day cultureii. Flow cytometry analysis (phenotyping) with three markers: CD45, CD31, CD34iii. Cultured sterility test: 14-day cultureiv. Residual collagenase assay: measure residual collagenase in sample using fluorescent spectroscopy
