LONG-TERM TESTING Analytical Chemistry Laboratory needed for accelerated aging study with testing monthly for a year.
Tests needed (per sample, per testing interval):
1. pH by electrode (single replicate)
2. Total active chlorine by electrode (duplicate)
3. Chloride ion by ion chromatography (duplicate)
Accelerated aging for two solutions: Unbufferrd HOCl solution, approx. 500 ppm and
#2. Buffered HOCl solution, approx. 500 ppm
50-60oC, dark (no pressure specified)
Testing frequently:
Once every 4 weeks for 1 year on a schedule I establish and send to you (based on when my client sends the samples)
My client will send 1 L of each solution, divided up into two 500 mL amber bottles (exact sizes still not provided). Both should be stored in the aging chambers, but only one should be sampled when performing tests (the other is back-up).
You will send the data to me and address questions/issues to me, but my client will be responsible for payment. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please send detailed quote with response.
