Project Description
LONG-TERM TESTING Genetics Laboratory needed for DNA sequence replacement. We have our own BAC that we would like to make 6 sequence replacements in. All but one are less than 200 bp and one is 13kb. We can provide the DNA sequences necessary for recombination. Can you provide a quote on a per replacement basis as well as for a set of 6 sequence replacements simultaneously? (We plan to make one big initial set of changes and then will do single changes a few times per month thereafter)
We think two step recombination is required since we want exact changes made (step 1 - insert a selection cassette at the change site and step 2 replace the selection marker with our custom DNA insert)
We are not picky about the destination vector - we have used EPI300
